The PATH Process

1

Complete Get Started Form & Path will set up a Discovery Call

This Discovery call is to introduce myself and ensure PathOT has the right support and schedule for your child and family. During this call we will book the initial two sessions, send you information to set up the intake form and consent form. If we can’t establish a good fit, PathOT will make recommendations for other supports or resources.

2

Initial Sessions

Gather information, build rapport, complete needed assessments, create a plan and goals

These two visits allow Path to get to know you & your child, create an individualized therapy plan, understand your child’s motivation, and build rapport. These two sessions are critical and so valuable to finding the best path forward.

3

  • Letters are formed in segments (not smooth consistent patterns).

  • Reversals and letter confusion is routine.

  • His/her teacher is frequently mentioning neatness and legibility improvements.

  • I don’t know when to start working on typing or if I should encourage computer use.
